Refunds policy

Returns are accepted if the product you receive does not correspond to the product you have ordered. In this case you send back the parcel at our expense and we will pay you the full amount of the transaction.

All aprons are sewn to order. This means that once your order is placed, it will be made from scratch making it very difficult to make any changes. In the event that the aprons are untouched and serve another customer of ours, an exchange or refund will be made (excluding shipping).

In both cases, the time limit is one week from the day of receipt of the parcel.
