Refunds policy

  • The customer may return the products purchased from the online store within fourteen (14) days of receipt in case he changed his mind (Law 2251/1994, K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
  • Returns are accepted if the product you receive does not correspond to the product you have ordered. In this case you send back the parcel at our expense and we will pay you the full amount of the transaction.
  • All aprons are sewn to order. This means that once your order is placed, it will be made from scratch making it very difficult to make any changes. In the event that the aprons are untouched and serve another customer of ours, an exchange or refund will be made (excluding shipping), otherwise a refund is not possible due to withdrawal by the customer.
  • In both cases, the time limit is one week from the day of receipt of the parcel.
  • No refund is made when the value of the product is less than or equal to 30 euros (article 3i, paragraph 1, Law 2251/1994).

Refunds are made only for the following reasons:

  1. If the products delivered are different from those sold, by type or quantity.
  2. In case the products are found to have manufacturing defects.
  3. In the event that the packaging of the products is damaged, completely or for the most part, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product from the outset and request its replacement, after consultation with the store. If the above are detected after delivery and the distributor’s departure, the customer must inform the transport company and the store within 24 hours of receipt of the product and declare a defect.
  4. In cases where our store approves a product replacement or credit, the return of the products should be made in the condition received by the customer and with full packaging, along with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g., DAT, Retailer’s Receipt, etc.) within 5 calendar days of the store’s approval for the return. Replacement at our expense will be carried out either by our staff and transport or by courier.
  5. If the products are returned incomplete, the store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally and without any other action, to make a total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer or to refuse the return.
  6. In cases where the store cancels a transaction, after having received and checked the products, the refund to the customer will be made in the same way as the payment for the products.
